I have been jelqing for a while now and I have grown from 4.0 to 4.5” in girth. Still too thin for me so I am ready to start focusing more on my girth because I have growth about an inch in length (4.5 inches to 5.5 sometimes 6)

Right now I dry jelq for 40 minutes a day at about 75% erection. What else can I do for the quickest girth increases ?

.5in is impressive.

How long have you been doing PE? Clamping seems to be a good method for girth gains. I won’t try that for at least a year. I want to get what I can out of jelqs first. I’d be happy with .5in in girth. :)

I don’t know how long it took you to make the gains you have, but 1 inch in length and .5 in girth is very respectable. I have been working for over a year and have half that.

I would not change anything you are doing until you are no longer gaining. If you go for 4-6 months with no gains then start looking at changing your routine.

Just my recommendation.

Girth exercises are done erect and that means they are dangerous -even for non beginners.

40 mins erect dry jelqing is a good start (given that you don’t do it at once). They do help gaining girth.

If you want to add new exercises, your chances are: Ulis, Horses, Pumping and Clamping. If I were you, my priorities would be like this:

1- Ulis (sort of safe yet still effective to a certain degree).

2- Pumping (after you get out of pump, you look at your dick and you think it’s someone else’s…yet not permanent for most…however, those gains can become permanent if you support them with stuff like dry jelqs and etc…not guaranteed tho).

3- Clamping (you do gain girth with that however I think it is way dangerous on the long term. really is)

4- Horses (even more dangerous than clamping…sudden severe injury is possible if you are not careful enough)

Whatever you go with; HEAT! And do heat well. Girth exercises are not like length exercises and you should take them serious. Heating your unit can really avoid injury but remember: it does not guarantee that. Don’t get me wrong; I don’t mean that you will get injured anyhow but you certainly will if you are not really careful. So do NOT overdo and imagine yourself as a total newbie when you start girth exercises. After a couple of months you will start realizing about the mechanics and at that point you are much more safer. But before that, take it easy. ;)

I agree that you have made great gains with what you have been doing. In fact .5 inches in girth is more than I have gained so far so I don’t know I’m actually qualified to give you advice on girth gaining. You have made gains with jelqing so one easy thing you may try is building a power jelq. It looks wacky but I like it for jelqing and its maybe a little more than what you have been doing if you wanted to increase intensity a little. I also clamp and water pump starting recently and I think those are also great but possibly more risky methods to gain girth.

The 1 inch length gain may be from natural growth as well. I’m 19, my penis has always grown in length but never in girth. When I press all the way down with the ruler it’s ALMOST 7inches.. Motivates me to lose that inch of fat around the groin area

But 7 inches at 4.5 girth is way too thin for me. Ill try uli’s and clamping. I also got a bathmate pump so I hope that will help

Yes 4.5” girth is thinish no matter what the length is. 5” girth with 7” BPEL is pretty ok tho. You will never and ever be considered small (not huge either). 7x6 is “oh yeah” and 8x6 is “hell yeah”.

If your lady is demanding more than that, you should stop dating porn stars. :)

I wasn’t really gaining too much or anything at all doing jelq’s I just could not keep an erection around 60-80%. I conditioned my unit for around 6 months, been clamping now for a month and have seen very very minimal gains if any yet, but I will persevere and ad new exercises.
