Girth exercises are done erect and that means they are dangerous -even for non beginners.
40 mins erect dry jelqing is a good start (given that you don’t do it at once). They do help gaining girth.
If you want to add new exercises, your chances are: Ulis, Horses, Pumping and Clamping. If I were you, my priorities would be like this:
1- Ulis (sort of safe yet still effective to a certain degree).
2- Pumping (after you get out of pump, you look at your dick and you think it’s someone else’s…yet not permanent for most…however, those gains can become permanent if you support them with stuff like dry jelqs and etc…not guaranteed tho).
3- Clamping (you do gain girth with that however I think it is way dangerous on the long term. really is)
4- Horses (even more dangerous than clamping…sudden severe injury is possible if you are not careful enough)
Whatever you go with; HEAT! And do heat well. Girth exercises are not like length exercises and you should take them serious. Heating your unit can really avoid injury but remember: it does not guarantee that. Don’t get me wrong; I don’t mean that you will get injured anyhow but you certainly will if you are not really careful. So do NOT overdo and imagine yourself as a total newbie when you start girth exercises. After a couple of months you will start realizing about the mechanics and at that point you are much more safer. But before that, take it easy. ;)
