People over doing PE?
Recently, I’ve come to believe that we all may just be over doing the whole PE thing. For the past 2 weeks I have using a new approach to PE and this post will articulate what I have found to be working for me.
PrePE WarmUp - 5 minutes in the shower, cupping extremely hot water (so hot that you have to train yourself to get used to it, only my hands and penis can really deal)
Streching - Stretch to the best of your ability. I pull it like its going to come out! :D 50-100 seconds forward, apply hot water again, 50-100 seconds upwards, hot water again.
Extreme Stretching - place one foot on a sink and the other foot down while stretching downwards. 50-100 seconds with one leg, hot water application and 50-100 seconds with the other leg, repeat with the water!!
Jelqing - Perform jelqs very slowly. The first set of jelqs are performed completely flaccid. Again, 50-100 reps and then apply the hot water. In the next set of jelqs I am at an 85-90% erection level. Once again, repeat the 50-100 reps.
PostPE - 5 minutes in the shower once again, massage the penis to ensure blood flow and for the last minute, stretch once again, as far as you can pull and at the end of the minute turn the water to a colder temperature.
If anyone would like to try this and either support or refute this PE program that would be great. My gains so far from this are around .35”-.4” and I haven’t gained for awhile so it may work for those of us that have been in the game for some time now. Good luck to all and happy pe-ing!
