Can it be useful to dip the Penis in the bearable hot glass of water for 3-5 minutes instead of using bearable hot cloth or rice socks before starting Stretching and Jelqing? and also after finishing the exercise?

Whatever gets you warm. And if you have a private spot with some direct sunlight, warming yourself for 10 to 20 minutes with the sun feels great.

I use a rice sock when I’m in a hurry, otherwise I use Aladdin’s bottle or sunlight.

There is a good newbie thread that is good to start with in PE basics section.

Warm before PE and during PE.

Some- including me -use ice cold water at the end of session. Cold will force your body to push more blood to warm up that part. Also it helps to cure any discoloration or fatigue.

Dipping into ice cooled water will ruin the ability of dick to perform its main activity. Anyone in this forum has experienced ice water ?

There was a thread years ago about icing down after exercising. I personally don’t buy the theory.

Its not theory.

Later when I will be close to computer(not from phone) I will give you article.

It is known method to cool down body to force better blood flow.

Our miracle body will put any effort to keep36.6 Celsius temp.

We can only discuss about side effects from doing it that will make PE more effective.

Took me some time to get to computer actually.

But when I got here I just figured it out all my sites I got about it are in my language=polish

I am probably going to get HEAT for this but I stopped warm ups long ago. Unless you are going to supply constant heat your penis will return to its original temperature very quickly. I only warm up now if I am cold because the house is cold. I do a few minutes of light jelqs or some massaging. I may do a light stretch or just squeeze it in my hands but if I feel good and loose I start my sessions.

Icing makes no sense and yes, I understand the idea but it is ridiculous to ice your dong. It may promote blood flow but so does jelquing. My dong shrinks when iced.

I have been doing hydrotherapy for two years as I shower. Its basically alternating between hot and cold water to improve blood flow to the skin by repeatedly forcing the veins to dilate and constrict. I tend to think over time it would also improve the elasticity of your veins. Since starting PE I’ve also started targeting my penis specifically for a couple extra cycles. I started it to work on the bags under my eyes from insomnia when I was younger. Two years later the bags are gone, my skin looks great, and people cannot believe I’m 33.

Science behind warming

I find I can stretch further in an extender if I warm first.

Can anyone point me to an article which explains the science behind why warming helps the penis tissues ability to do this (eg stretch).? I assume it is something to do with the collagen which I gather makes up much of the CCs.
