I’ve been using the Vimax Extender for about a steady 6 weeks. The user guide suggests 4-6 hours daily but I tend to take off weekends or a day here and there for the little guy’s sake.
When I first got it, the noose was the most frustrating thing to use. Constantly slipping out, painful and overall ineffective. But with time and some athletic tape (or as I like to call it, ingenuity) I have managed to get about 5 solid hours a day with it on. My glans are sometimes cold after that long but I now have practically no discoloration and zero pain.
I would like to compare the noose style to the strap but have been unable to find a sort of “conversion kit” to do so. I certainly don’t want to spend the money to get an entirely new device if I can merely fashion a strap with some help from Wal Mart or elsewhere.
Now on to the meat and potatoes. I have experienced small gains in my flaccid state and consistency, but no gains to speak of yet, while erect. I am mixing in anywhere from 10-20 min of jelqing a day along with the occasional clamping/edging/ballooning (which usually just turns into masturbation).
Has anyone found a successful combination or order of routine (stretch, jelq then device?) based around an extender?
