Penis too tough for gains
I have a question y’all. So its been nearly two months since I’ve started a consistent PE routine (complete with logging) but I haven’t made any gains whatsoever. I’ve been doing PE on and off in the past. So my question is, does it make sense that I’m not seeing any real gains because my penis ligaments and tissue are too tough from all the PE I’ve done in the past? If so, is there anything I can do about it? I’m under the impression that once your penis gets too tough, it makes gains impossible or very difficult to gain. Is there a way to make your dick less tough?
