Hello everyone, I’m fairly new.

As I started the stretching two months ago, I quickly realized that I was blessed with an iron dick that I can pretty much use in life saving situations. Maybe even choke a lion, or swing it out in a ‘here, hold on to this!’ type of scenario. But the problem is that it’s still a tad bit too short, and it’s super strength is working against my futile efforts to enlarge it. I haven’t had any gain in length what so ever, despite one hour sessions every day or two, sessions that make me sweat and work my upper body like crazy. The one or two day breaks that I take are for the surrounding tissue, really, not for that piece of blessid magic that is at the foundation of the super human strength.

Perhaps I don’t have a super human extension after all but rather, a faulty technique. So what could I potentially be doing wrong? I simply prepare it for forging in an infrared sauna, tug it for 30 seconds as mightily as I can, in every direction z y and z, for the duration of an hour, and leave it alone for a day or two until the soreness dissipates.

What else is there that can be done on top of it? I feel skeptical about weights since I can’t possible hang as much weight as I can push downward, and secondly I feel uncomfortable with choking the gland; circulation is important for the neurons I harbour in there, it’s a brainiac.

Any thoughts at all?

How long have you been PEing and what is your routine based on?

You could be going to hard or too much. I’ve found that less is more with PE.

If you get soreness after a session then you are going at it far too hard.

You don’t say what routine you are using, except ‘tugging’ it

Your best way is to read the newbie routine and stick to that for a couple of months, and do things more gently as Kevin12 mentions.

That may be overstating things a bit.

A little soreness is OK. A great deal of soreness, or outright pain, is not.

Plugitin:

At two months in, it may be time to diversify your routine. Despite your reservations, gentle jelqing might not be a bad next step. I do suggest that you do not either stretch or jelq with all your strength.

You might also want to try some of the other stretches, such as Fowfers.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Listen to Kevin12. I did when I started my PE career, and I am very glad I did.

For some people, less stretching is the answer. I only do 3 sets of 5 way stretches with a few rotary stretches thrown in. Any more than that, nothing happens.

Lampwick is advising you along the same lines — gentle jelqing, do not use your full strength when jelqing or stretching. Both Lampwick and Petit Faun have given me tremendous advice that really really worked for me — so listen to them as well. LIGHTEN UP!!!!

Warmups are excellent for helping the tissues attain a pliable state more synergistic with your stretching efforts. I highly recommend it.

Yeh man, a good quarter of my routine maybe more is devoted to warm ups, at the beginning and during.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

Maybe a complete turnaround to long duration/low intensity could work for you. I have recently started ‘under the desk’, hanging for up to an hour with a very light weight. Give it a try. Sounds like your doing something a bit extreme if it feels like a workout.

Have you tried hanging or an ADS?

You’re trying to stretch your ligaments right?

I heard that they have a pull back reflex;)

When pulled on extremely hard they will respond by actually contracting SHORTER.

There’s a two second time limit though:)

You can get away with stretching really hard for just those two seconds but after that is no good!

Be careful and don’t hurt yourself:)

By your description it sounds as though you have one too two rest days for every day you stretch. In my opinion, you should stretch every day, if not two or three times per day. Maybe lighten up on your stretching a bit and limit it to 30 minutes, twice a day, everyday, for a month and see how that goes. I had to perform stretches daily in order to see results.

And like Lampwick said, a little soreness is ok, just stay out of the pain zone.
