I have found an exercise that claims to increase girth hugely but it is preformed on an erect penis and I have not heard of it anywhere else so was wondering if it was dangerous. I have described it below

Grasp your penis at the base with thumb and first finger as far into your body as possible. Kegal hard and then squeeze so that blood is forced up the shaft and your penis is fully engorged (the veins along your penis will be bulging and the head will actually look glossy when done correctly).

Hold this position for a count of 30. You can move your hand forward up to an inch to increase pressure while you count. After 30 seconds release your grip and shake out your penis for a few seconds. Then achieve another full erection and repeat.

If you have heard of it and have tried it please tell me if it is any good and what part of the penis in particular it enlarges.

I heard of the same exercise I think it was in free penis enlargement .com or something. I am doing the same exercise. My penis gets swell up after this exercise and usually end with do-nut effect. It has worked to some extent for me especially (head & and mid shaft), but I want to know whether it is safe or not. Any body else heard of this exercise.

Don’t even think about doing it until your penis is conditioned enough.

Well I started my PE journey 3 weeks ago is it safe to add it into my list.

Yes. I discovered that site and did the exercises (including this one) before settling here at Thunder’s. My “newbie gains” from that program were 0.5” BPEL and 0.5” EG, so I’d say it was pretty effective.

This is a good question I think.

I am getting good results going by time and not counting reps and set.

For example doing ten minutes total and maintaining the single rep till the sensation is good.

But I would like to know the opinion of the vets like Modesto.

I think the big brother of this exercise is the Dual Squeezes where with the other hand you grab and squeeze with an OK grip just below the gland.

For the second exercise some advocates only 50% erect.

What do you people think?

I do this, but I find it easier (and more effective) to do it at only about 60-75% erection. I feel this to be a tad safer as well.

I’m not sure why this isn’t used more as a next phase in pe after conditioning. I think it needs to be done at 50-70% erection to make it safer, but it sure as hell isnt as scary as the horse 440 squeeze. I’ve been doing it and am finally adding girth.
