As long as you are not taking steroids, it will not make your penis smaller.

Working out if anything would make your penis larger and healthier do the the positive cardiovascular effects. As Sultan said large thighs can make it appear smaller when it actually is not smaller/small.


Steroids make your testicles smaller not your penis.

If you are overweight or even chubby working out will at least tone you up and you dick will look bigger especially if you have wide thighs and stomach. If you squat over 350 lbs for reps, then you may have to start to worry about your penis starting to look smaller compared to your thighs. It’s definitely not impossible, but you’re not anywhere close to that right now, so go ahead and hit the gym.

A hard strength training workout will shrink your penis temporarily as your body diverts blood from your penis to your muscles. This shouldn’t be a problem unless you plan on fucking chicks right at the gym after your workout, or want to try to impress the gym bunnies with your bulge. :)
