Penis size affected by climate?

I live in a very cold place where we only have like two months of really warm/humid temperature. In those months I find that my flaccid is fuller and no where near as much turtleing during this time. The rest of the year I don’t have as good a hang and ALOT more turtleing. So I was wondering if people living in warmer/humid climates could have bigger dicks because of better blood flow/not as much turtleing? I mean growing up in hot/cold place for 20+ yrs could have an effect on penis size/growth. Am I right?

If you’re talking about a seasonal change in flacid hang, then I agree. In summer, i definately seem larger than in the middle of winter.
Same way as I would probably be smaller swimming in the ocean in winter, than if I was sitting in a hot tub.

As far as saying people from warmer climate’s have larger units full, stop, well, I don’t think so. I’m sure thre’s posts to surveys on here somewhere.
