Hi guys so I have been doing the newbie routine with V-stretches and A-stretches for the past month or so and I have gained from it

I have been PE’ing for about five months now so I know my penis has been conditioned enough but I just measured my penis yesterday and I lost all my length gains that I had, So I went from 7 NBPEL to 5.5 NBPEL.

I don’t know what the heck happened but I do notice behind the glands on my right side of a penis there is a bit of swelling a small bump which becomes really visible when I’m semi-erect, But this isn’t right I shouldn’t lose all my gains just like that.

I change up the level of intensity and amount of stretches every time I do a work-out and I also vary from Stretching in the shower with full heat to just stretching outside with no constant heat. I do this to basically keep my penis guessing and I usually make sure I have a lot of rest days, But Recently I had a somewhat intense work-out but I didn’t suffer any negative PI’s except for the lost of length, which obviously is the worst indicator of all. But I’m just wondering should I take a lot of rest or just lighten up my routine?

This happened before and when I rested I gained a lot after rest but this time I’m not so sure I will gain anything back. Here is the routine I did right before losing all my gains:

Really Hot Shower with constant heat

10 minutes of stretching
Piss pulls: 30 seconds in every direction
V-stretches: 1 minute after piss pulls in every direction
Repeat in that order

Than after the shower I did 300 Dry Jelqs
With the first 100 set with fast Dry Jelqs
The second 100 set slowed down Dry Jelqs
The last 100 set really slow Dry Jelqs

I admit I have never worked this intense on my routine But I’m just wondering Did I overwork the tunica? And will I ever get my gains back or I my basically starting from Day 1?

I have never lost so much in one day this wasn’t a gradual loss it was instantaneous. I hope it’s just my penis is recovering from the damage so it can’t fully reach it’s potential length maybe there is tunica swelling occurring or something, But I got a full erection and my measurement is that of my starting penis size

I don’t know whats going on but I am pretty scared that my penis shrunk back. Has this ever happen to anyone? And if it did, did you gain it back after rest?

In 5 months you went from 5.5 NBPEL to 7 NBPEL?! That’s a very short amount of time to gain 1.5 inches.

You sure you were measuring right? Were you also keeping track of your BPEL?

Yeah I measured the same way every time I measured from the pubic bone standing up with my penis parallel with the ruler being on top of the penis actually touching the penis, I measured it in this exact fashion making sure of not making any missteps when measuring. I think the .5 inches was originally produced by increased blood flow from my diet, in which I eat mostly raw veggies and almonds and walnuts, and the rest came from my newbie routine and improved erection quality.

No I’m not taking drugs I have been eating more junk food and less sleep but my penis really feels fatigued when I sit still I really don’t know what happened I’m going to rest my penis for a while and see where I am at. I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone before?

“eating more junk food and less sleep” That’s going to affect your EQ and your NBPEL.

I suggest:

Get your diet and sleep back on track
Give yourself a couple weeks off PE
Start back in by edging — having a prolonged hard erection for 30 minutes will probably help you get back your gains.

Just my humble opinion, but I think it is a pretty good idea.

This is why I follow my BPFSL to see if I’m gaining or not.there is no uncertainty over EQ or fat pad. If your BPFSL shortened by 1.5 inches I would be concerned about that. I don’t know if rest or continued stretching would be the answer. My concern would be if the shortening were due to some kind of scar contracture. But that would probably take more time to develop..

Thanks sta-kool I will take that in consideration I will start doing edging after maybe a week or two off of P.E. And Maxtro my Erection quality I always thought was normal until I changed my diet and started PE’ing and it seemed to increase the quality up to 10. I can get rock hard erections now and it seems that my erections are solid but they are shorter in length, they aren’t the erections I get from my girlfriend but they are the ones where I use my PC muscle to pump it to an erection. My penis is sore so I will take a rest and I will see if my length comes back on it’s own.

Usually when people start to do PE the if they report significant gains over a short period of time it’s due to an increase in erection quality. Basically their penis hasn’t grown, they are just able to use their full potential.

I never experienced the .5 inch in 5 months newbie gains that seem to be common. I believe that is because even before I started PE, I already had rock hard erections. I was already using 100% of what I had.

For you it seems that what you considered normal in the past, wasn’t being rock hard.

The last sentence is a bit of a concern because you said that your erections now are solid but they are shorter. If weren’t able to get as hard, that would explain having a shorter length.

Yeah I am concerned because they are rock hard erections so I don’t know if I will get my gains back or if I’m starting from scratch, so all I can do is just not P.E. For at least a week and remeasure at the end of the week to see where I am at. My lesson that I learned is You can over-train very easily in the shower because the heat numbs your penis and also makes it very easy to overstretch. So while it’s a very effective way to stretch it’s very easy to overdue it so, it’s best to do short reps and to hold the stretch for a maximum of 30 seconds anymore you might be at risk to over-stretching.

It’s overtraining. Rest for a few weeks.

I think you may have had the ruler the wrong way (using the wrong end).

It is too coincidental that you drop from 7” to ~5” in one day, when 7”and 5” add to 12” — the length of a ruler.

Measuring from the zero end gives you ~7. If you measured with the 12 end it would be ~5. That extra .5” is just measurement bias/supra-pubic fat pad error.


Kdong Starting: 7.1 x 5.125 vol = 14.84 cu. in. Current: 7.1BPEL 5.5 MSEG = 17cu. in. GOAL --> 8.5 x 6.5 vol: 28.6 cu. in.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

No PE since 2015 -- starting back up
