Penis sensitivity

Hi everyone,

While having intercourse, apart from the ejaculation part, I only start to get pleasure as I get close to ejaculation, so only for a short time. Until then, it is so dull. I’m 42 and it was always like this as far as I can remember. (I’m circumcised, I know it desensitizes the penis but I doubt all the circumcised men have such an issue)

So I can say, without ejaculation, I don’t get much from intercourse apart from the psychological pleasure of having sex with a woman. I’m thinking, if there is a nerve issue, I would probably also have problems having an orgasm in the end? I wonder if any of you have a similar situation, or know anything about making this condition better.

Have you tried orgasm without cumming? It’s when you stop stimulation right before point when you feel you can’t stop that anymore. As result you get full orgasm, but without ejaculation. There is version with half-ejaculation, it’s when you stop slightly latter, but still before that point and you do few small spouts. Usually that leads to stronger sensitivity for short time, but maybe with enough practice and other exercises you can increase general level too.
