Penis rash and dryness

I have been jelqing for a little over 2 weeks now, and 3 days ago I noticed that I have a rash where my penis starts (not at the head) but where the penis comes out I hope I’m making myself clear. Anyways I had a rash and it was kinda dry, now today when I finished showering I noticed that it was still like that and its only on the right side of my penis but only at the start, and also my ball sack is getting dry too like shiny looking and wrinkly (more than usual) I don’t know what might be causing this can someone please help.

Also I don’t really want to cut off PE but I think that I have too till it goes back to normal, and I do use lube to jelq so I know that its not from dry jelqing since I don’t do that.

It could be that whatever lubricant you’re using is irritating the sensitive skin down there. What kind of lubricant are you using may I ask? Try using something else and see if the issue clears up.

Have you tried using a moisturizing lotion for jelqing or at least after your routine and shower? it could be something as simple as a reaction to the lube you’re currently using or just needing to moisturize afterwards.

I’m using a no name brand lubricant from the drugstore.

I really don’t know what caused it but the itching was because my skin was tearing up (if that makes any sense) it was like I was getting small cuts down there so I’m not sure what could’ve caused it and its been 3 days without me masturbating or jelqing and it seems to be going away I can’t wait till its gone so I can continue jelqing :D
