Good day !

I have a penis that measures 6,5-6,8 inches(16-17cm)
And 5,5 inches girth(14cm)
Wich isn’t small nor big.
So the problem isn’t the size of the penis(wouldn’t complain if I could have more;)
But how it works.
I want the best performing penis that is possible for my body/genetics.
So my question is what is the ultimate nutrition/diet/body fat/exercises to build a power penis(aware of that the penis isn’t a muscle)

I have set up a small list of some things to start with.

- Take of a lot of body fat with weight training+healty food and cardio
- Increase testosterone with healty fats and zink/minerals/vitamins wich?? Amount??
- Try to sleep more
- Much much less porn
- Less carbohydrates
- No more alcohol, nikotine and sigaretts
- Think more posetive;D

I weight 266/punds(105kg) 177cm, and isn’t that fat because of muscles mass.(strength atlete)
Bur there aren’t only muscles,I am what you call shubby;) but no more.
I have the three last months worked my pc(or bc?) muscle with results: I cum harder.and have stronger erections. What other muscles can improve potency??

Generally, the hardest erections come from psychological eroticism. You gotta find your niche. You’ll know what it is if suddenly you find yourself with a mighty hard-on that’s clearly from someones behavior towards you. Porn is too safe, it’s a sort of simulation.

Think of it this way, if a brutal fight breaks out in a film your watching, you will in no way feel the same intensity and physical reaction with someone actually starting a small fight with you. On the other hand, if you continually watch films with over the top violence, then eventually you’ll numb the intensity when you are placed in a violent situation. Same principles apply to porn. If it’s way too often and way too hardcore, you’ll teach yourself to become aroused best with harder sexual acts.

I agree with the PC muscle exercising, it is also in my opinion the best thing you can do for your penis’ health. I’ve been PCing for a long time and I can actually hold myself from cumming indefinitely (unless she’s power pumping it :) ). It also helps if you have strong lower abs.

I believe so. Personally, quality (hardness, duration, frequency) has improved significantly in the first few months. Size gains are almost secondary :-)

A flat abdomen will give you about 0.5 inch or so easily..
You want a power penis. Which means hard erections and endurance in sex?

You want to eat fats? I don’t think it will be any use to your unit. I suppose that means “burn fat”, i.e. loose weight. If so that’d be great.

You might want to try L-arginine, an amino acid used as a supplement, improves sexual functions and libido.

And if you want to improve your endurance in sex, I highly recommend edging and kegels. They increase the libido too (which mean more powerful penis).

And your unit is above average.
I don’t think you can make your p. longer without doing stretching, directly or indirectly. Of course excluding weight loss effect.
I don’t know about a way to stimulate the brain.
And cutting porn is likely to create higher libido in long term.

When I say I eat fats on a diet is it because healthy fat are very very essensial for building muscle mass(testosterone, hgh) and burning fat;) (the healthy ones)nuts, olive oil, fish oils and so on. No junk food.

I second the recommendation of kegels. I’m very much a newbie too, but since getting more serious about including kegels in the routine, I feel that my erections have become noticeably harder.

If not done properly, then you can do all sorts of damage.

For sensitivity, , it could be a side effect. But leaving your penis exposed to light (which in turn kind of dries the skin) is the reason why. But it’s nothing to worry about.

Sounds like you are doing all of the right things. To start with just do the Newbie routine.

In a lot of ways starting PE is like starting power lifting or other strength training. For some time you are simply learning how to do the techniques and conditioning your body to them.
