I’m new to the forums, but have actually been lurking every now and again for a couple of years I suppose. Just thought I’d add my own little note to start off. I have done PE before, but found it difficult to keep up during my time at university, with studies, work, extra-curricular etc. I am 22, and my penis is around 6 inches, when I say that, I mean with a weak erection it could be slightly under, but with a string erection close to 6.5. My modest aim is to get to about 7 - 7.5 inches. I have not really looked into girth as much yet, but hope to increase that too.
Now I have finished uni, I have a lot more time on my hands to start up again. I am currently going through application for a commission in the military (for privacy - do not want to post too much personal info on here), so am training the whole body. I thought I’d incorporate PE with my whole fitness regime.
As the thread title suggests though, I’m not here just because of PE, I find this site valuable for overall penis health, and am just generally seeking to gain a healthier penis, I.e. Stronger erections, and more sensitivity. So I am embarking on a phallic journey to perfection. I am literally starting tonight when I get home from the gym. Ordering a fleshlight on Friday to help increase sensitivity, as I think sex with a new girl is on the horizons (hopefully anyway), and want to please, and generally masturbating a lot less. I was a serial death gripper before.
So there is my blurb. One question though, I did a quick search but probably missed this somewhere. Do people recommend whey protein as a simple way of building muscle? I will be taking it as a supplement anyway, for the rest of my body but does anybody know much about it’s effect on the smooth muscle of the penis?
