Look, I’m surprised nobody mentioned it, people start talking about trauma and ADS before asking a simple question - does your penis get really small RIGHT AFTER the workout?
Because I think most vets and other members here agree that PE happens BETWEEN the sessions, not immediately after the session. So for some people it stays large for a lot of time, and for some people it shrinks right after, but the actual growth happens on your OFF days, when you’re not doing the routine, and your body is repairing the damage.
So yeah, I too get contractions and shrinkage right after PEing, but let me remind you that it is a neutral PI, meaning it’s sometimes good and sometimes not good, depending on the person. If you get better hang the next day, good morning wood, and see some gains, I’d say it’s a positive PI for you :) .
So just pay attention to your body… My own dick is close to the 6” EL mark right now, with a nice upward curve, but sometimes it shrinks to about 2” or so after workout, but I still get great morning woods and have a regular 3.5”-4” hang the next day. I’m really what you call “a grower” ;) .

I am almost in the exact same situation as you, Mdrg. I don’t get negative PIs but my dick never stays puffed after PE. I’ve been on newbie routine for about 6 weeks now and I can tell my dick is much more conditioned than before. I am a classic grower, but recently, I’ve noticed that I get more flaccid hang throughout the day: whereas it used to stay turtled about 90% of time, now it probably only turtles about 30%. The rest is anywhere from 3-4.5” FL on days following, and especially on rest days. Have you had any gains? And has anyone else with similar experience been successful?

Similar experince? I think at least 50% men are growers (haven’t checked into it, but it’s not really a rare phenomenon) and have this. No problem, I get gains like everybody else.

Or maybe you are not jelquing intense or long enough?

I’m not gonna bother making another thread for this, but this is a seriously big problem.

I have not been seeing any gains and the turtling after a session is awful. I have to be doing something wrong.

This is driving me insane, because I’m very unsatisfied with my penis size and want to do something about it. And yeah, I’m aware that gains will not come overnight and that’s really not my problem, it’s the damn turtling:/

How long after the session does it stay turtled for? When do you notice the better hang…just the next day, or several hours later? Are you warming up? How are your erections? Has anything changed since starting PE?

It stays turtled for the rest of the day, not much better hang the next day anymore. I am warming up and my erections are OK, no change at all.

Hey Oysteinn. I had the same problem man. I bet by now you’ve tried many things, and I don’t want to repeat what everybody else said, so I guess I’ll lend some minor suggestions.
I got pretty bad turtling after sessions, not even just visibly smaller, but I could feel it. It was very uncomfortable, and would last a while. I’m not sure what did it for me, but I changed a couple of things and it got better.

-Make sure you’re warmed up good. Maybe even watch some porn with the warm up and get an erection and get your unit ready.
-After stretches, I started doing another hot wrap. Not inconvenient at all, because I massage it at the same time and get it plumped up for jelqing, and at the same time I’m keeping those tissues warm and pliable.
-During warm down, watch porn. Keep at least a semi erection.

If all this doesn’t make a change at all, try adding a cool down right after your warm down. But keep a full, 100% erection during the cool down (watch porn, massage. Make the warm, pliable dilated tissue stay in that expanded state by cooling them.) Might make a difference. Take it easy and keep at it til you get it bro. Good luck.

I rub EVO Oil and Vitamin E on my penis when I get out the shower after a workout it keeps it warm and full. Also try drinking more water and taking some L-Argenine to keep a healthy blood flow to the penis.

Eroset’s Vein Oil - for thrombosis and more

Completely forgot to mention the L-Arginine. It’s a very effective hemodilator, I took it as a weight-lifting supplement (when I wasn’t commitedly P.E.’ing) and definitely noticed a larger flaccid hang, and better bloow flow all aroundmy body as well. You might want to look into it, who knows.

How does your penis feel when you are about to PE…is it warm and pliable, or cool and tight? When a workout is productive, regardless of the exercise, you should tend to notice a trend toward better erections and a better flaccid hang. If not, you’re either doing too much, or not enough. Maybe have a read of Sparkyx’s article about PI’s…this may help you determine a good starting point.
