Initially when I started PE I was having good effects example gains and harder erections. But now my penis seems to be getting less hard and gains have slowed if not completely stopped. I posted Time To Up Routine because I didn’t feel penis was getting worked hard enough.

Current Workout

Warm up 5 minutes
3 Sets manual stretch ever direction + Intervals of circle stretching
Internal penis stretches
5 Minutes Jelq
5 Minutes Clamp
Warm down 5
Ice it.

What you think may be the problem guys?

Maybe time for a decon break.

Give us a clue on how intense you do what you do.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Too much intensity can be an erection killer.

Haha not being real intense I do care for my penis, I think just the right amount of pressure is put on it. Decon Break I think it’s a bit too soon to be considering that. After I made this post I had a good erection maybe I have managed to control my erection during exercises and I was just wondering why I wasn’t getting the regular full erection. I also had missed a few days this week of PE so I will let you know now that I’m back into routine I will let you know, thanks guys

I don’t think you should ice it? Just leave it be.

Started (June): 5" BPEL and 5" EG

Now (August): 6" BPEL and 5.2" EG

Goal (November): 7" BPEL and 6" EG

Try to apply heat instead of cold after your training.
