Penis Injury Help
So, this time, I decided to give it another go, including warm-up exercises which composed of heat. I alternated days of the quick extender, starting at 4.4 per my customized length, and did five days of three hours apiece, checking my penis about every hour. At nights, I would use the bath mate for approximately 10 minutes, and only used it three times during this five day period. Everything was fine initially. Well today’s ago the same thing happen. At the base of my glands, there is a focal out pouching, my glands is squishy, and my penis has actually retracted. What the hell happened, and what the hell am I doing wrong? Is this injury permanent. I can’t even get an erection right now, I have rested for two days, and have done kegel exercises. I note that my sensitivity is decreased. Any help is appreciated. Same symptoms as before. Should I give up?
