I did my second routine yesterday. It has been hard (no pun intended) for me not to stay erect while jelqing. I try to let it subside a little then jelq again. And have to stop every now and then. I haven’t worked up to 200 jelqs yet because it starts to hurt a bit. Today my rest day my dick kinda hurts. Is this normal. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I have been really focused on my stretches as I want my flaccid length to greatly improve. What else can I do?
