Hi new to this forum. From what I’ve read here, my member is on the larger size and my wife already complains sometimes that it bottoms out and hurts. What I’m interested in is keeping my member in good shape and being able to maintain hard erections. Any advice on what exercises to do that won’t gain much in size but keep the old boy going strong? Sounds strange I know on this forum but I’m not after the biggest dick, just a healthy one.

For healthy erections in the long term I’d say that kegals will be best. This muscle controls the flow of blood to the penis. I used to cycle alot and I found that I was starting to get numbness in the old fella some times so I looked it up and found that cycling actually squashes this area (I’ll call it the tis’nt cause tis’nt yer ass and tis’nt your balls). It can leave it permanently damaged which can cause impotence. So I started doing the kegals and everything went back to normal (I also bought one of those saddles that have a slit down the middle - kind of like a vagina now that I think of it - to give my tis’nt complete freedom). That’s actually quite clever, as in English slang it’s often called the ‘taint’, probably for the same reason. :chuckle:
