At the age of 18 I tried jelqing at full erection. The webpage I was on gave no warnings of performing this full erect as many others have.

Soon after I noticed my penis head had gained size and my entire penis was very red in color.I thought great these exercises are working.

A few weeks later I lost morning erections,spontaneous erections requiring sexual thought and my penis head was no longer able to become erect. Now I have noticed that if I masturbate or have sex before i go to sleep i usually do get morning erections but that is without the glans swelling. I get little sensitivity in my glans and it takes constant work to keep myself erect.When i reach the point of ejaculation my head swells up and down as it pulsates.

I have seen a urologist that i had been having erectile difficulties and didnt explain why i thought i had been having them and he examed my penis and said it looked fine but i know its not working as well as it once was.

I am worried that it may get worse over time but i dont know this for sure.Please some advice on this situation, also is there anything to do about discoloration due to jelqing?

I would deeply and greatly appreciate any help from you all about this.

Yes I completely stopped PEing and didnt notice any problems for about 2 weeks till maybe a month later

You PE’d for how long? Then you tried erect jelqing after how long after starting? Did you continue to PE after that at all? After you stopped how long did it take for the problem to occur? How long has it been going on?

I PE’ everyday for approximately 2 weeks at full erection.no warnings on the page i got the info jelqing full erection or taking periods of rest.i say about 2 weeks after i stopped pe’ing i started having problems.during this time period i continued to do a heat wrap in the shower.i am wondering if doing a heat wrap too hot could have caused some damage.

i started off peing at full erection cause i thought that was how it was supposed to be done.i couldnt have anything less than a full erection when i started peing i would just have to tocuh myself to get an erection.now it usually takes manual stimulation to get it up and keep it up.does anyone have any advice or help for me this is driving me crazy

Go back to the urologist and tell him exactly what you did. Don’t wait for some guy on an internet board to tell you its ok. Whatever embarassment you may experience is worth far less than a broken member

it has been 3 years since this problem occured.and nothing with my condition has really changed…so im thinking its just going to stay the same and there is nothing i can do.if anyone has some info for me though let me know.i have pretty solid erections but my glans stay flaccid during erection now.i have tried taking 25mg of viagra and that helps but my glans still stays flaccid.

Three years!!! You only went to the doctor once that long ago.

yes it is free here i was just terribly embarrassed and i dont think that anything can be done.i think i ruptured the blood cells in my penis glans and they stay flaccid.i never felt any pain while doing the pe exercises or anything so i wasn’t sure if that was the cause.

The glans don’t tend to get as hard as the rest of an erection. I noticed a difference after I’d PE’d for a while. It wasn’t that my glas were any softer, simply that my erection was harder.

Have you checked your morning erections? Its quite possible to sleep through them, or wake slowly and miss them. Anyway to check that you are getting them a simple test like wrapping the penis with something too small for erect penis that will break when you get an erection will help confirm this. Some time a ago a guy suggested using stamps for this, making a ring around the penis. I’m sure a perforated self adhesive label for a printing would do the job as well.

Spotaneous erections have a habit of dissapearing if you are worried. Nothing kills an erection like worry.

This sounds terribly complicated. The fact that you can get an erection proves that you have no physical problem, losing an erection may well be a matter of worrying about losing your errections and if you can concentrate on what your glans are doing while you are ejaculating you are a better man than me.

If your urologist did a full exam of your penis and gave it a 100% OK, you are probably on fairly safe ground.

Its very easy to conflate the physical functions of the penis with the mental functions that control it. To me it sounds like the physical side is in all liklihood fine and that its the mental side thats the problem.

So you are jelqing now and trying to evaluate whether your erections are generally getting better of worse? Stop jelqing for a week or two and then try if you feel the need.

If you are experiencing pain of any kind go back to your urologist as Jersey says and tell him/her you are expereincing pain.

Other than that, PE is something that causes us to look at our own dicks with new eyes - the most minor tremble in an erection can become exagerated, the natural loss of an erection during jelqing an inability to keep one. Things you would not have noticed or thought about before are maybe topping the thoughts in your head.

This is a problem and it is a form of ED, and though the problem is not physical, it can be just as threatening and just as likely to get worse over time especially if you don’t recognise it for what it is.

i think mental is a factor in it to tell the truth.i jelqed for a few weeks ago about 3 years ago and then stopped.i do have erections in my sleep and usually will wake up with a morning erection if i have sex the night before.thanks for the feedback though i really appreciate that!

OK. Jelqing 3 years ago, unless you turned your dick into a bloody pulp or its since started to bend at ever increasing angles doesn’t seem to have caused any problems. 3 years is long enough to get over any minor problems and your urologist has given you a clean bill of health.

You get morning erections so everything is fine there.

You’re jelqing and spontaneous erections are decreasing, seems normal. Spontaneous erections decrease anyway the further you get away from puberty.

Your glans are softer in comparison to your shaft because your erections are harder. Seems normal again.

You’re experiencing no pain.

Noticing your dick more and picking up ‘problems’ is fairly normal for beginning PEers, its been posted on many times in this forum in various forms.

So make a list of all the problems you consider physical and all the ones you consider mental and then think about which of the physical ones you probably had before PE and which are actually not a problem at all but a natural result of PE. I think your physical list will consist of no items, if you come to that opinion too maybe that helps with the mental side too, if not post your list.

Is it possible to fracture the PC muscle while doing erect jelq’s perhaps?
Just a thought, but seems unlikely even to me. ;)

But kegels would be a great exercise to get back some of the loss of erections?
and control ofter the “situation” or? And it’s 110% safe too, right?

Kegels are good for erections, yes. Thats one reason they are in most routines.
