I wear x4labs but there are a mirriad of the out there x4 has a tension bar however beware that it isn’t easy to get used to sometimes can be quite painful especially if you are uncut like me glans can be quite sensitive to the noose and I personally hat the strap and long support as well

Penimaster Pro is the one I currently see getting the highest praises. I have a 4X Lab with a VacExtender mod kit. It works well for me but I hear a lot of reports of guys complaining about vacuum bruising on their glans.
