Penis Extenders

Guys,

Not that I want to take any short cuts or want a quick fix, but what’s the deal with penis extenders? Has anyone tried them? Will they work alone? Just help? Or a complete waste of time?

People have gained solely from using a penis extender. You just need to wear them for long durations but keep the tension on the penis low/medium (longer than your FL but shorter than your BPFSL). Wearing them for 4+ hours a day is best.

What SMM said is true, but, as a newbie, you’ll have better (and faster) overall gains with the newbie routine.

When is it advisable to be using an extender for a newb? When the newb routine stops giving gains? After 3 months?

I reckon, from what I’ve learned already mate, you should sap as much as you can out of the newbie routine before you start mixing things up or muckin around with other things.
