Penis extender

Well I use the toy now 6 months?

I only do that and will not be doing anything else,but after 6 months I can only use the extender on 14 cm normal with out pain and it feels good also on 14 cm.

But now ,how long and how many hours must I stay on 14 cm because I did some 9 days a couple of hours on 15 cm but that did not feel good.I even did on 16,5 cm a couple of hours ,but 14 cm is good now.

That means that my dick is really small then if I see all the other people marks.

It is kinda hard to understand what you are trying to say, but it sounds like you want to know how long you have to wear the extender to see gains. Well I have heard that you can see decent gains after 1000 hours of use (around .5”). And you should be wearing it around 8 hours or more a day to see these decent gains.

Can you wear the extender so it points up so your not only focusing on the ligs but the tunica as well?

I can only wear about 3 a 4 hours a day and sometimes I do 6 hours,I wear it always so it points up.

There is very littel “evidence” of this. The only research I trust on the subject is mbuc’s log in the “SuckXtender” thread, and possibly the paper published by penisplus - that is floating around here somewhere in a discussion between me and one of our German members who was kind enought to translate it to English.
