Penis Extender Slipping problem & goal question

Penis Extender Slipping problem & goal question

I have the X4labs extender I’ve had it 2 years now not really used it but I want to use it, I also have the Bathmate X30 extreme with hand pump I am new to all of this, Anyways I am having a problem with the extender when when I don’t tighten it tight it will slip the only way I can actually get a “stretch feel” is if I make it tighter but then I get the purple head effect and it gets cold, if I make it loose enough where that doesn’t happen then it will slip off before I can even feel any kind of stretch at all, are you supposed to actually “feel” the stretch? Or just make it where its just longer than your normal flaccid hanging length? I thought you are supposed to stretch it like a half inch longer than your erect length.

Another thing is it better to use the extender and then the bathmate? Or can I use the bathmate and then use the extender? Right now I’m doing 5 min warm up low pressure, then 5 min gaiter half compressed, then 5 min again Half compressed then last 10 sec I pump it to the max, then release, then I go in again 5 more minutes pumping it compressing the gaiter all the way then giving a extra quarter pump with then hand pump where I can feel it pull.

I am also wondering I’m 29 years old, starting only like 6 inches long and 4 inches girth erect, my flaccid is usually like 1.5 inches its like I’m always cold I don’t know why I’m not really over weight or anything, though since using the bathmate my flaccid is around 2-2.5 inches now only used it maybe 30 times, what kind of gains can I expect to see? Is getting 7.5 + inches long and maybe 5 to 5.25 inches girth possible? How long gains typically take and can I use my bathmate the routine above 2 times a day, when I get home from work and again when I wake up?

I also seen the Phallosan Forte that’s available is this a good product ? Looks like you can wear it doing any job, where the extender you can’t cause you won’t be able to bend over and stuff for work, so it is a good quality or you have to keep buying expensive parts? And does it work anyone seen gains from it?

Sorry for the Super long post and 9,000 questions, Thanks for any input, its much appreciated.

Hey 64crown,

personally I have no experience with these machines and contraptions, but I do have a track record of gaining .7 inches in the past 4 months doing only manuals. Most people here would recommend you to start there. Have you tried any newbie routine? It really doesn’t have to take more than half an hour a day to begin with (4-5 days per week), it’s much safer than strangling your head and even if you don’t gain anything, you at least get to know your penis and condition it for further exercises.

I highly recommend you reading the following two threads and seeing where they lead you START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

Oh and by the way, your “only 6 inches” size is above average, so congratulations :-) . Here’s proof: Penis Size: The True Average

You can probably work the bathmate in as a warmup tool, but don’t overdo it since the contraption is capable of quite some pressure, especially before you’ve conditioned your penis.

Your goals are achievable through dedication and focused effort. How long it takes is anyone’s guess, some people gain more quickly than others, but the vast majority of those who try do achieve gains. Length gains are usually easier or quicker than girth gains, but there are some great girth routines out there which work for most of us.

Don’t be afraid to ask the questions, and delve into the forum freely.

I hope that helps, good luck!

Thanks for the reply, I have not tried any manual stretches though I have done research of how to do the stretches, I will check out that link, I also stumbled upon the montes Airclamp, how safe is that from the pics he has on the site, PEweights. Com turning that purple from constriction can you get a blood clot from that in 10 min use? Some people swear by the device from what I read. Also read best way to get girth is do multiple things not just one.

Well yes, you will no doubt find that multiple exercises and possibly tools are effective to reach your goals. The consensus however is that it’s beneficial to start with manuals. Not only is it low investment but it’s also very low risk because you get immediate feedback and it’s just important overall to get a good feel for your unit and your limits. You’ll want to condition your penis before subjecting it to the pressure of a pump or stretching it with a noose or sleeve or anything. Jelqing is probably your best bet since you want to gain both length and girth and this exercise addresses both. Take it easy man, PE is a marathon not a sprint. You’ve got plenty of time to read up and try all the different options, but the newbie exercises (manual stretches and low-mid EQ jelqs) are time tested success stories. I strongly suggest that you make these manual exercises your starting point.

Thanks for the advice ill start with doing them, is there a big difference be tween dry or wet jelqs? I tried dry it hurts more then anything I’ve tried wet using coconut oil it seemed like it worked pretty good.

Personally I’m not that familiar with dry jelqs. I found them inconvenient, I read they’re less safe than wet jelqs and some people report that dry jelqs are more suitable for gaining girth. I’m in the camp that starts doing length before girth, so I’ve stuck to the wet jelqs for the time being. Coconut oil is indeed a favourite lubricant among many members here, so you’ve got a good start there. I think dry jelqing takes quite a bit more control, save it for after you’ve perfected your grip and EQ control I guess. Shouldn’t take more than a few months. Read up on it, you’ve got all the info you need on this forum :-)

Good luck!

You’ve pointed out the big problem I faced when I tried to use an extender. If you tighten the straps enough so it doesn’t slip, and you’ll be in pain and cut off the circulation. The other choice is to back off the tension so much it doesn’t do any good.

There are a couple of choices: make the extender work better, or pick another method of PE. If you want to make it work better, Monkeybar makes an extender attachment that uses vacuum instead of compression to hold your penis in place. I thought it was a big improvement, even though it cost more money ($100 or so). A link:

If you’re looking for length, many people think that manual stretches like this A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises , combined with heat, are more effective.

Live long and prosper. how well do these suction cups hold up do they stretch and have to keep buying them all the time? This might be a good option for me cause when I bought my extender it was like $350 they went down $100 now for the same thing in price, and I don’t want that money to go wasted looks like that suction cup would make it alot more easy to use too. First time I’ve seen this, What is that blue sleeve used for?
