How to know that the exercises is working for us, what is the effect on our penis after exercise?

If you have a fuller flaccid after exercise then it works.

If you have shrinkage after exercise that lasts 1-2 hours tops and after that flaccid becomes normal then it works.

If you have all day shrinkage after exercise, then you are doing too much.

If flaccid stays the same after exercise then you are doing too little.

Prominent and bigger veins, heavier flaccid, better EQ.
