Submitted studies aren’t cited by the journal they’re submitted to. If it’s contained in the British Journal of Urology, it was reviewed (of course, that’s never a guarantee of correctness, but it is evidence that there was merit to their claims).

I agree that the sample is much too small in every study published. That was my chief concern before I bought the extender. That said, I feel like the lack of a control or a double-blind test isn’t particularly relevant, because it’s universally agreed that if you leave your dick alone, it’s not going to get any bigger.

And I’m almost positive that at least one of the studies on their webpage mentioned girth increases, but that certainly could be just from the pressure of the noose, as you mentioned.

Suppose that it isn’t the dick that grows, but the doctor stretching with more force and/or measuring slightly differently and/or pushing more inside the fatpad, even unconsciously. They did not measure erect penis, they measured the stretched penis. So those flaws are very relevant.

And if one of those ‘peer reviewed’ studies found an increase in girth and another ‘peer reviewed’ studies found no increase in girth, how can you swear for the correctness of those stuides?

Listen, anatomy or anything related to people is not physics; studies can’t prove much, for a number of reasons. And as said, in those scientific journals a lot of doubious material is published, even in the BJU.

ForOneDayOnly, don’t want to wake you up too abruptly, but the corporate “news” machine does not exist to provide empowering information to “consumers.” Likewise, your somewhat naive questions about “scientific studies:” that’s like asking a history graduate student, “why don’t you do a paper on historical anomalies like crystal skulls and Costa Rica’s stone spheres and the Baalbek stones?” Even after providing a convincing result, he/she could expect to be ridiculed for the rest of his/her life by the wizened academians, for the sin of having stepped outside of their belief corral.

To me the reason why I have an easier time believing the veterans on here is because they aren’t selling anything. I have been reading this forum for many hours now and I have read countless stories
From posters about them gaining and then losing gains and others maintaining gains.
I have read posts from people who have not gained anything through PE.
My question is this.

0.5 ” or 1” is really not that much.
And many things can be factored towards those gains.

For example. Your body is naturally doing something internally to make your package
