Penis doesn't fully hang after?

Hi so I’m relatively new to PE. I’ve only been doing it for a little over a month now and I’ve already noticed an inch increase within the first week, but I think that was from stretching only. I’ve been doing the newbie routine but I can’t tell if I’m doing it properly. It says in the video the penis should hang flaccid after finishing jelqing. Mine goes flaccid but it doesn’t look significantly larger and immediate returns to normal flaccid about 5 minutes later. I should note I do all this in the shower.

After a routine you may even notice flaccid shrinkage. If the shrinkage last for a couple of hours only max and then flaccid is normal again, it is good it means you gave the penis a good beating to its limits. If the shrinkage lasts more than 2 hours max after a session, then you are doing way too much.

So the routine goes well if: 1. You have a nice full flaccid after routine, 2. You have a normal flaccid after a routine or 3. You have a turtled flaccid after a routine but only for a couple of hours max.

Other than that give it time.
