Penis Clamping Question

I want to start Clamping and wonder when would be the best time to do it.. My daily routine is I hang for 1 hr in the morning and hang for another 1 hr in the early evening with a 20 min bathmate session about a hr after the evening hang. When should I throw clamping into the mix with what I do now. I think I seen it here that after pumping is good so I thought to ask first before I start.

It sounds like you have more than enough you’re doing already. I hope you didn’t dive in head first with what you’re doing now.

Nope.I have been using my Bathmate x30 since last year April and started hanging first with Malehanger in June. Later in the late fall, end of Oct I think, I switched over to the Vachanger3.Easier on ones dick a vacuum hanger, compression hangers kill me as I could never get the wrap right, always bruised and sore when I got over 8 lbs.

Sounds like you are already doing over two hours a day of PE. My opinion, which is only an opinion, is that you are already doing too much. Now, this is based on my experience, which will be different than yours in all likelihood. But to my mind, that’s too much time working, and not enough time recovering/recuperating. Are you gaining, or just toughening your tissues at this point?

In my routine I hang 2 hrs per day with 20 min bathmate session at nite.5 days on with 2 days off is how I have been doing it for the past month. I have gained some from this routine since I am now hanging with 11.5 lbs. Roughly a little over a 1/2 in girth and about the same in length. At the lower weights I never felt any fatigue before but once I went over 10 lbs I can sure feel it now.11.5 is tolerable up to 45 min then I feel the strain for the last 15 min big time and just ride it out. With the weight I up it a 1/2 lb, sometimes 1 lb every week. Just depends on how it feels when I try the new weight.

Well, if you’re gaining, you’re gaining, and I would just keep doing what you’re doing until you hit a wall. No need to mess with a successful routine.

If you are gaining at 11.5 lb then my advice is keep doing that until it stops working for you. Don’t keep increasing the weight or you will likely either hurt yourself or toughen your dick to the point that further gains become almost impossible. You want to grow a big dick, not a short tough dick that can tow a truck.

You are exactly where you want to be. Do what you can to stay there, in the growth stage. I, and many others here, can tell you how we regret having been in a good growing routine and either changed it up on our own or external factors forced us to take a break and the growth stopped, and worse we were never able to get back to similar results even by returning to the exact same routine.
