Penis Augmentation Surgery

Does anyone know about the penis augmentation surgery? I’m sure some porn stars did it so that their penises are too long to erect. I’d like to know the pros and cons of the penis augmentation. Thanks everyone.

This was one of the first questions I asked when I came to Thunder’s as well. Basically, the Cons outweigh the Pros. The cons are that it is expensive, you cannot have sex for awhile afterwards, high risk of infection, high risk of erectile dysfunction, it usually does not look proportional with the glans, and a high risk of losing sensitivity in the penis. The best way to go is natural exercises. It will obviously take longer, but you will end up bigger and healthier penis. Hell in the time it takes to heal from surgery, you could probably have gained a 1/2 inch in length, and .25 in girth. Many people gain an inch to an inch and a half in a little over 2 years here, so save the money and stick with Thunder’s.

Some porn stars’ penises hang downward like the flaccid and erect sizes are the same. I mean they can’t fully erect and flaccid like an ordinary person. Is it one of the side effects of penis augmentation?

I think when you cut the ligs it has the possiblity of changing erection angle. From the stories I have heard in here (for example: 8-balls story) the cons are heavy and the pros are few and far between.

Some of these are signs of pumping which is what a lot of pornstars do before a scene.

If you want to see a porn star who has definitely had Penis Enlargement then look at Preston from Bang Bros. You can tell by the shape of the penis as the implant, be it fat or alloderm, can only be placed on the top side of the penis and the sides, not underneath. Therefore the penis is less cylindrical, and the head is noticeably thinner than the shaft. Preston looks like he has had two separate Alloderm surgeries, probably performed by Dr Reed. As for the length, the actual surgery makes no difference erect. The length comes form post op hanging. Sooner or later both surgeons and patients will have to face facts and except that the same gains in erect length would be made by someone who didn’t have the surgery but hung weights.
