Penimaster Pro instructions adjusting length

I just bought a Penimaster Pro. However, I am not sure on how I am supposed to set up my stretching length (what length do I set it at).
On the online instructions it says ” Adjust the overall length of the device (corresponds approximately to the length of the penis if you protract the same, plus 1.5cm”.
I did not understand that statement, so I sent an email to their online support and got this reply: “Simply use the length of rods which causes a traction to you penis. If there is no traction shown on the spring balance, simply use a longer set of rods. If the traction is too high, use a shorter set of rods. That’s all .”
I am still not too sure on how far I should stretch my penis when it is in the extender. Am I to do it the firs or second way, or another way? I am very concerned about doing it the wrong way as I do not want to get the dreaded ‘tough penis’ from going too far.
So if I am say 15.5cm erect length, what should I be in the extender?
PS. I plan on using it for minimum 4 hours a day and optimally 6 hours (depending on my work schedule)
