PEing while sick

Do you keep going on with the routine when you get say a cold? I am unsure about this since when the body is fighting to get rid of the sickness all the other regenerative processes are low priority for the body. Thanks in advance.

I think no harm could come from it

I think you should listen to your body.

If you are sick enough that you do not feel well and your energy level is low, a break will do you no harm.
