Nope, not in that place. Blood clots in vital organs such as the brain can do serious damage but blood clots in a superficial vein like the penile dorsal vein are not capable of going to vital organs. I thought people clamped for hrs, how long to clamp? I know I should only hold my hand for about 10secs. I may have did it for over 1 minute. And right after I was able to stretch past 8inches. But I won’t be holding it that long anymore.

Second, instead of posting here start reading the forum, believe me, there is everything you would want to know about PE. As stated in previous posts, clamping is not for you. If you jump into clamping you will hinder your potential gains. Supossedly, instead of getting an inch in a year you’ll get half of it, all this because you’ll streghten your tissues making the workouts less effective. Carve this sentence in your mind, PE is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.

I wasn’t offended by that. Pegym was accusing me spreading my depression or trolling.

Your physique will be reflected in your penis. What Bill told you is sound advice. Poor blood flow combined with estrogen from fat tissue will hinder your erection and definitely your size. I don’t know your length and weight, and how much of that is fat percentage. But if I hear you have a 2” fat pad, I think working out is far more useful for you than dieting. When you start working out you need calories from your food!

Mate, a piece of advise.

No soft drinks, no sugar at all. If you want something sweet buy some nice quality honey, not the shit they sell as honey, real honey.

No carbs. Rice only and perhaps some rye and oat.

Fish, meat, chicken, turkey, eat a bucket of those if you like, has to be cooked or roasted, not fried. No pork.

Brocolli, spinach, lettuce, every fucking day. Lots of water. Start walking 30 min a day will do the job.

In six months you will be leaner, if it happens to start proper PE now, in six months, you will be longer and thicker as well.

And if you lose the weight you will be even longer, without moving a god damn finger for it.
