Peace of Mind

Peace of Mind

Hey Folks,

This is my first real post. Yesterday was my first full jelq session following the JP90 routine. This consists of around 240 total jelqs, 90 V jelqs, 150 regular OK jelqs all after a solid warm up.

Today when flaccid I’ve been experiencing some pain on the left side of my shaft. I can get hard, I can ejaculate, there’s no added curvature when I’m hard and I experience NO PAIN WHEN ERECT.

The pain is sharp and sudden and goes away. Not a dull sore ache.

I just want to clarify that this is a sign that I maybe overdid things, that inflammation is normal, and that this is not Peyronie’s disease.

Thanks in advance,
UD

Very extreme for a first routine and first foray into PE. Do a third of that a week after the soreness subsides.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

But you think it’s nothing major medical? No broken dick or scar tissue?

It doesn’t sound like it would be anything major medical. Probably over did it a bit, especially for someone starting out. Did you do a warm up after the routine as well? It’s highly recommend and people have had results from applying heat too the area after the routine as well.

I’d imagine the pain will subside in a few days, in the mean time, reevaluate your routine and take it down a few notches. PE takes time and slow progression to harder routines.

Yeah thats way too many jelqs. I think 100 is fine.

Its because thats too many jelqs. I agree, I thought 100 jelqs with proper form was too much lol. Yeah I bet its because you been doing too many jelqs bro. That shit is hardcore. You may not think it but an injury will tell you how hardcore that **** really is. Setting your adaptation ceiling all high and stuff like that for later too……

Way too intense. That JP90 routine is crap. When, and I mean WHEN YOU ARE HEALED, you should ditch that number focused crap routine and try out the linear newbie routine in my signature. Don’t get caught up in the “more is better mindset.” And certainly don’t get caught up in the “I need to PE despite what my dick is telling me mindset.” You need to take it easy and work up to the intensity.

You overworked it. Classical symptom for a newbie which is sharp sudden 1-2 sec pains in the cc when flaccid. I’ve been there. Nothing to worry about. I would recommend the linear routine for a newbie, keeping in mind that dry jelqs are more intense than wet ones. So if you go dry do half of the reps and very carefully. If you are cut wet jelqs are the only way for you.

As for your injury leave your dick alone for 2-3 days, or you know what, leave it alone until you feel no pain at all. Then start from the begining. Don’t rush it. You have a long ride to go.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Overworked it like a mo-fo, is what. I want to give that to you straight.

I encourage you to stop, check out your thinking, and take over a decade of knowledge from a very large community to heart.

Could I do a 5 on 2 off for the linear routine? It just works better with my schedule.

I don’t think its a good idea,

Think of it this way, what if the difference between gaining and not gaining is just slight difference between adding too many reps, or too many ON days?

PE is long run, Now when I’m older, I see that I was stupid when I’ve done tons of jelqs, because right now I’m going back to small amount of reps.

Its always better to build up, than the opposite.

Peace

GOAL - BPEL anything that comes along with 5.5 EG

Yeah dude thats too many days lol. I know I ain’t a super expert because I been too lazy to learn all about the penis and all the big words but i’m like 5 years in but I bet starting from 1 on 1 off, or 2 on 1 off would be good, with like 80 proper form jelqs. All you need to get proper form down is to remember your intention. Stretch the erectile chambers with the blood, but that **** is hardcore like I said so gotta be light with your focused intent too at first.
Over time you get the joy of steadily increasing
Frequency(duh)
Volume (duh)
& Intensity(grip tightness, as well as the eventual use of both hands to jelq, significantly increasing force)

to keep making microdamage via jelqing. Should stretch before andhelo shake because they’re good warmups and = more jelq damage, stretching afterwards to stretch damage is good too.
