Hello! I have reading this forum for 2 months and make this decision. I want to start PE. I have some frustrating problems that made me do this. The glans is small and the foreskin is narrow. After my workout, my penis is very very small,2-3 cm and is little bit hard. The foreskin problem I thing I can solve it with a surgeon, the frenulum is small and thick. My penis is approx 14.5 cm long. Last week I bought a vacuum pump, should I use it from the begining ? Are there any special oils or lubricants that helps one or another way during PE ? I would say to start with the newbie routine before you start pumping. Condition yourself to avoid injury. After a couple of months on the newbie routine maybe you can start pumping. I am a newbie like you so hopefully a senior member can give you more of his opinion.

So .. It’s been a while sience I started. My dick is a little darker, a little bit fluffy and I have 2-4 erections during the night. Is it good or bad ?

I’ve had the same effect as you and my friend is a little bit darker but it’s I think normal such as a fluffy dick. Just look out to your PI’s and it will be good.

Also in the thread about the PI’s you will find the answer about your amount of erections during night. If you can’t find it I will say: it’s good having more often erections. I have always been sensitive in some areas and now when I started PE I got rock hard so I know you are doing nice work.
