PE Works. My First Gains.
I have been doing PE off and on for 4 years or so, but never stuck with it consistently for long periods, so I never got any gains.
My living situation has changed, and now I have the privacy and time. I started a dedicated routine the middle of last month and had BPEL of barely over 5.75. I started with rice sock warm up, 10 minutes of manual stretches, 100 jelqs, and rice sock warm down. I just did the manual stretches for about a week.
After that week, I started using an extender. I since have worked up to 330 jelqs and wear the extender as much as I can after (as time permits, and also as occasional soreness permits), and I have only been taking 1 or 2 rest days a week.
I measured BPEL today, and have gone from barely over 5.75 up to 6.25. I was surprised. Even with all the info and success stories, it’s easy to remain skeptical until you see it for yourself.
