PE Workout Optimization

Hey guys, so I thought I’d put my engineering degree to work and think about the optimal mix of PE exercises for growth. I’ll probably need any other engineer’s or statistician’s help on this. What I am saying is that I would like to create a spreadsheet that takes into account your exercise routine (listing each exercise as a % of your routine) and your growth during the period you used that routine. I know everyone has a different routine and that all penises are different, but maybe we’ll find trends that we didn’t know existed.

To give an example:
ALT(me)
Warm-up 8.3% (5min/60min routine)
Dry Jelqing 25% (15min/60min)
Wet Jelqing 41.7% (25/60)
Ulis/Horse440 25% (15/60)

Gains Length: .1”
Gains Girth: .35”
Time Period: 3 weeks

Obviously people could have multiple entries due to the fact that they change their routines every so often. If we wanted to make it even more complex, we could try to track gains across a certain exercise like hanging. Getting people to write down how much they gained from hanging at 5 pounds with 3 sets of 10 minutes or something. The overall scope is to see if there is an optimal mix to promote growth in all dimensions.

Let me know what you guys think and feel free to post some of your stats.

good idea

don’t forget that it is important to say how long you have been PEing for when making a progress chart

Yeah man becouse 60 min workout is mutch. For me, after 1 year 10 min jelq and 5-7 min stretch is good. I started at 50 jelqs.

Women love cats. Men say they love cats, but when women aren't looking, men kick cats.

Dam .35 girth in 3 weeks, thats awesome

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

Heere We GOOooh!

That’s not much engineering, well unless you’re a civil engineer haha.

LOL @ ishot2pac.

I should bookmark this.

If I understand what you want to do, which is to figure out what exercises contribute the most to what areas of growth, then I had a thought on this earlier (years back). I humbly doubt it could effectively be made in a spreadsheet (and trust me, I’ve made some pretty fancy PE spreadsheets in my day), but there were a few thoughts that arose though that I couldn’t answer.

1. What method would be in place to account for newbie gains? I’d say these gains will throw the system off completely if they aren’t removed from the system. Some seem to gain 0.5” while others gain an inch. Sometimes it happens in a few weeks and other times in months. The kicker is it can happen with just stretching, jelqing or any traction sort of device.
2. It’s not just different exercises among a group of PE but different applications to each exercise. With jelqing there’s Time/cycle, Cycles and Pressure applied as well as erection strength.
3. Different interpretations of exercises.

Anyway, what I was thinking of is having this more of a community thing. People put in their routine and the system tally’s up gains made and distributes the results evenly based on what PE exercises that person is doing (not even adjusted for time put in). Exercises are expanded with variations (Jelqing Wet, Jelqing Dry) with modifiers (Jelqing Wet w/ Heat). So not fine-grained, though the inspiration is still on the same guidelines of a time tracking application.

Sorry if this isn’t making sense, a bit over-tired.
