It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve PE’d. My libido, EQ and mindset is low. I don’t feel like going out and I feel and look small without PEing. What do I do to fix this?

I can’t. I’ve moved to Europe to study, I’m temporary staying with a friend until I can get my own apartment/room. My friend gave me a room with a big window, no curtains, 2 doors and no locks. It’s cold as hell here and I basically have no privacy.

Looks like PE already made you huge. You should go out and use that tool on the European chicks.

What if you were to take 5 extra minutes in a warm shower? Do a 30 second stretch in each direction and a couple minutes of dry jelqs. It couldn’t hurt. Maybe it would be enough to get that libido and EQ back?

Better yet, if you’re not too worried about growing anymore and just need the EQ and libido, forget the stretches and just do a few minutes of jelqs. I think that’s better for EQ then stretches would be.

Your brain has become so dependent on the high dopamine release that now you can’t function properly. It’s really no different than withdraw from sex addiction, alcohol, or certain drugs. There are some natural treatments and supplements you can use to sort of step down from where you are now without the need to check into low level rehab. You also have to be aware that Seasonal Affective Disorder may be partially to blame by lowering neurotransmitters in the brain and further bringing you down.

Since I have to be especially careful with depressive states and manipulating diets too much, because of my illness, I have a few tips that really helped me. What I found worked best was to slowly step down from from one stimulating activity and replace it with another like cutting one day off a week from pe and getting more exercise. In your case you may want to just edge a bit at night every other night and start doing anything from walking to pushups to get those feel good hormones pumping at a level you’re used to, then continuing with a healthier habit.

There are also some cheap supplements I would reccomend, manily extra zinc-25mg once a day and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) 25-50mg twice a day. You shouldn’t need to rely on dhea for long just enough to ballance hormones out for about a week and then quit. Everything else like oversonsuming carbs to stabalize ghrelin and seratonin, Tribulis to increasing free testosterone, or caffeine for the adrenal kick and quick burst of dopamine, I would advise you read up and be very cautious about such measures. You do not want to become a fatass coffee jerk over the holidays, haha.

Bud.. you went from 5.7” to probably over 7.5”??? That’s huge gain.. almost 2”!

I would kill to have that.

Perhaps you can now pick up another hobby instead.

Isnt it annoying how the mind always adapts to improvements / changes that make you initially happy. Guess we are made to naturally take things for granted after a while so that we keep on improving? Oh how inadequate the present is…

aznteddy shut up and use your big as dang on European girls! Im doing a 6month exchange in Europe soon and if I dont get time to PE atleast I know Iv spent the previous year improving the shit out of my member!

I recommend dry jelqs before you get out of bed in the morning.

I understand how he feels. I rarely take days off, and when I do, I am climbing the walls wanting to do PE.

Same here, PE is the most addictive pastime I’ve taken up so far.

I would also agree with TheGreatDivider that often the best cure for an obsession is to replace it with another one.
