Hi everyone,

I am going to start the PE after a bad attempt for 3 months about 5 years ago.

So that`s why I would like to know more and learn well so I do everything the correct way and got a good results.

My question is about the training in the gym and PE.

I have been training in the gym for about 6 months following a training and eating plan and I have got a good results.

I train usually 4 to 5 times in a week (muscle everyday) and I take some Nutrition supplements like Protein shake, BCCA (Amino acids), Pre-workout( with Arginine, creatine and caffeine) off course I don`t take them all together, but roughly two supplements together according to a plan and off course I don`t take any Testosterone or Testosterone exciting drugs.

So I want to know, If training in the Gym could affect the PE efficiency or not ? And does any one these Nutrition supplements which I mentioned above affects the PE or Not (I know Arginine helps to increase the blood circulations which helps increase the flaccid length but it is affect it temporary) and Protein and BCCA helps the muscles recovers and rebuild the micro tears which gives bigger muscles, but do the have the same effects on the micro tears in the penis ?? And is it Okey to PE on the same training day or it is better to avoid it??

Sorry, I asked a lot of questions :) but I am totally excited to start the PE and doing a good results with it.

Training and a healthy lifestyle is very good for heart health and that means it is also very good for penis health. Good blood flow through your heart means good blood flow everywhere.

If you do training and PE the same day, I would recommend PE after training. If you do PE first, then training will take the blood from your penis to send it to your muscles.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Search for “caffeine” here on the forum to see what I’m talking about, there is plenty of thread about it.

Caffeine is an ingredient in my pre-workout, it help to maintain a high attention and concentration during the exercise especially if you will train after a hard working or studying day.

I don’t know if it helps also in the PE or not. If you know any positive or negative effects please refer to me.

So what would be the optimal routine?
1- Cardio (running, cycling or elliptical).
2- Muscular work.
3- PE.
4- Food

Your routine should be based on things you like to do, because if you don’t enjoy it, you won’t do it for very long.

I love doing the routine as I described previously. But I study how to make the most of everything I do.

And sure that users like you know more about perfecting the different modalities of focusing the routines to express them in the best possible way.

Like every human being I make mistakes (many) but I would like to reduce them and overcome myself day after day.

100% correct, I want to build a muscular fitted body “this is my goal” and I enjoy doing this because I always train with I partner which helps me weight more. The same thing goes for PE as my motivation is to increase my penis size and also I enjoy doing this except I do it alone :)

One should always pay attention to the whole man. A healthy body includes a healthy dick. So train your arse off and practice your PE to the max.

Could be a problem if you face penile contraction (turtling). By watching the reports, this doesn’t happen with everybody.
