PE while sick with the flu?

PE while sick with the flu?

Should I just give it a rest when I’m sick with the flu?

I feel like like a crusty old man, muscles cramping and what not. I’m guessing my tissues are not in the best shape. I don’t want to take UN-productive time off, but is it wise to stress under the stress of sickness?

Take complete rest until you feel good again.

In my opinion you should rest and feel better first. If you’re very sick, then doing PE right now may be unproductive as your body is too busy dealing with more important things to be concerned with your post-PE recovery.

Another reason is that I always use my EQ to decide whether or not I PE. If I were as sick as you say you are then my EQ would probably be very poor, so I wouldn’t bother with PE that day.

I was down for a few weeks last year and did not do any PE. Don’t be discouraged when you start back, my flaccid was smaller and I lost a little girth, but both came back quickly after I started back. When you do start back, do it slowly, just like when you started up in the beginning. Common sense told me to do that but after 2 or 3 days I ramped up too quickly and bruised bad. That was over two months ago and the bruising has subsided a bit, but I think what’s left may be permanent. Good luck and get better fast!

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.
