Hi my joking routine consists of 10 minute tight pulls up and down and eight minutes side pulls. Then I joke for about 20 minutes to 22 minutes. In between jelqing I also do a sort of clamping jelq and I also do clamping 30 second holds for 3 sets. After my jelqing session my penis is regular and only sometimes it would be pumped. after my jelqing session my penis is regular and only sometimes it would be Pumped. But when I jelq less I don’t feel that nice sore feeling like I did a good job of working out.
Even though I feel like I’m doing something wrong, I still feel like I’m doing something right because my directions are stronger than ever and I made minor games and I’ve been doing this for about two months. But I’m just surprised why my penis can’t hang low for the whole day like everyone else says it does for them.
Should I try toning it down to five minutes stretches and 10 to 15 minutes jelq?
By the way I also noticed a little bit of itching after excersise. I will say my girth noticibly looks a lot More thick. I have not measured yet, because I wanna wait one or 2 more weeks before doing so. My penis doesn’t shrink btw. But I’m just worried I’m putting in too much work.
