PE vets can you explain something to me?
Ok, I’ve been doing my routine now for a bit, basically I did it every single day (7 days) at 12 in the afternoon, after I was done I’d do it again at around the same time every single day, that would give me around 24 hours rest time. So I got some advice from some the members on the site and some said I’m doing too much PE and that I may not see any growth and that growth ‘only’ happens during rest time. What I’m a bit confused about is that, if growth is only achieved during rest time, then say if I did 5 days on and 2 days off, how is that going to benefit me compared to doing 7 days of PE with a 24 hour period in between for rest, cause if rest period is important for growth then wouldn’t it make sence to do 1 day on 2 days off, 1 day on 2 days off? I guess it would be nice to have an idea of how much rest time you need to achieve growth before you can break down the micro tears again and repeat your routine?
