It’s my day of rest from the routine so I’d figure I’d talk to a few people about their routines and progress. Let me know how your doing!

I ran into this site around the same time that I found yourbrainonporn.com so I pretty much have a new penis today than I did from December of last year and prior.

PE will give you the penis you’ve always wanted with three things: time, dedication, and consistency.

Thank you for the insight!! I find it amazing. The possibilities are nearly endless to PE especially when you try to limit injury. I haven’t even been in the program for more than two weeks and I’m a firm believer(no pun intended) haha. From just reading progress threads from senior members as far back as 2005 I’ve developed a new found dedication to improving myself as a whole.

You get to a point where progress slows to a crawl and I’m starting to see that that is what seperates the vets from the rest of us. Let’s hope I can go half as long as some of the vets that still post here even though some have been around for more than 5 years.

That’s true man. Dedication is key! I’m pretty excited though I can’t lie.

I made amazing girth gains when I started, I have made 0.71” gains since I started 5 months ago with modest length gain. Right now gains are coming in very slowly, they are so minute that I sometimes think its an error with measuring.

I am now at the end of week 5 of my personalised length routine and I have made a little gain.

Be focused and consistant, you will get there. Hopefully I will too


Start: 17 Feb 2012, 8.25bpel x 4.92mseg; bpfsl=??; fl=6.5x4.5

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

Fellow no-fapper checking in! I think it’s been around 6 weeks for me now, and probably around 2 months no porn. I find it difficult to not get hard when jelquing, but just started this stuff, so I guess I’ll get used to it

Dedication and consistency is the key.

Going for months without gains is hard on the psyche, but this forum provides the support and guidance necessary to get one past sticking points.

After 6 weeks of hanging, I’m keen to see my gains, but I told myself I’d wait for the three month mark before I put myself to the tape.

Since I began to hang, I’ve noticed a consistently longer flaccid, a visually thicker base girth and what seems to be some length increase and profound EQ.

I realize that only actual tape measurement will tell me whether my hanging routine has produced results, but it sure feels like I have finally broke the 1 1/2 year plateau!


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

It is difficult at first to be, but with Patience when you start to see it getting bigger, over time it gets easier to be. I just can’t wait to be at that point where I have achieved my goal and can just maintain PE twice per week.


Start: 15/07/12 EL: 6.0 (NPB) EG: 5.7/16ths (Midshaft). Next measuring: 15/10/12

No idea about my progression, but started the 24Th of June and have been on a 2 days on 1 day off routine. It consists of 300 Dry Jelqs, 30 seconds stretch in every direction, 3-5 minutes of fire goat roll and 50 kegels (with 5-10 minutes warm up and same afterwards). I’ve just increased it to 325 jelqs, 35 second stretch and 60 kegels, will probably do 350 jelqs, 40 second stretch and 70 kegels next time.

It’s QUALITY of the exercises, not quantity that is important… remember that guys. Once I slowed myself down and focused on form (quality) and limited my repetitions, I noticed an improvement by the 2nd workout. By that I mean, all the positive physiological indicators…


Starting - November 12, 2012 || BPEL: 6 7/8in || EG: 4 1/2in

Goal #1 - BPEL: 7 3/8 (+ 1/2 in.) || EG: 4.75 in. (+ 1/4 in.)

The plateaus are rough but reading here gives purpose and direction, not to mention a lot of crazy ideas to try. Kidding, don’t try crazy things with your penis! Manual exercises work really great an minimize chances of injury. I recommend them for as long as you can.

With the exception of a brief foray into pumping, I only recently decided to start a clamping routine. It’s been weeks o manual clamping while I read and gather tools and information. Many thanks to those that came before me.


Start (aug '09) 6x5

Current [(AUG'10) 7 x 5.25] [(OCT'10) 7.25 x 5.3] [(OCT'12) 7.5 x 5.5]

I am waiting out the 3 month newbie routine but am looking forward to clamping and hanging at very light weights.

Day off here as well, I love them because I feel like with two good workout days that I have earned the day off!

So far no gains except an increased EQ

Current NBPEL=6 1/8" , BPEL=6 7/8" , EG=4 15/16", BPFSL=7"

Goal NBPEL=7", EG=5.5"

The newbie routine is not to be underestimated. I did it for two years pretty much exclusively. Gained 1.25” length and .25-.3” girth. Biggest and best penis I’ve had in my whole life :) so far.
