PE spread over 2 sessions in 1 day
First of all, just did my first session of PE today. I did the basic newbie routine of hot wrap > 10 minutes stretching > 200 jelqs > hot wrap > 50 kegels
But I wanted to add in some bed fowfers to that (I heard they’re good for flaccid length), so I was wondering if I have to do them following my beginner routine or is it OK to do them a few hours later? I was about to play some video games and thought it might be the perfect time, but I don’t want to ruin anything if my penis is already in recovery mode.
