Hey all,

Been doing the newbie routine for a solid 2 weeks now. Feeling pretty good overall about everything. PI seems good and qualities of erections is fine. I just thought I’d ask a question. I’ll definitely get answers saying “it depends on the individual”, which I completely understand. But even according to your own experiences or thoughts, I just wanted to know roughly how long I should expect to wait before I can get to my short-term goals.

I’m currently at
BPEL 6.5”
Mid-Shaft EG 4.6”

Short term goals (provided they are reasonable)

BPEL 7”
Mid-Shaft EG 5”

Just doing the newbie routine right now. Next week I’ll be moving up the jelqing to 20 mins.

How long do you think I should expect to wait? PE is definitely not a race, more like a marathon as one person said on this forum. I totally agree. But an opinion on my initial goals wouldn’t hurt. =)

It depends on the individual. :)

But if you look at the average individual, anywhere from 4-12 months for the length, and 6-18 months for the girth would be reasonable ballpark estimates. That being said, you could reach either goal as quickly as 1-2 months if you’re a big gainer. On the other end of the spectrum, some people never reach those gains despite years of consistent effort.

Listen to your dick to find your unique growth zone, a balance of the right rest, intensity, duration, and routine. Dicks seem to grow how they will, and all we can do is create the right conditions for them to grow, and keep our fingers crossed that it works (and experiment with a lot of different conditions). When you find something that’s working, stay with it until it stops working, then take a decon break and start experimenting again.

Be ready for it to take as long as it takes.

That does seem reasonable. I’m hoping to get at least some progress by May. That would give me 4 months or so before I see my girlfriend again.

The length 1-3 months, the girth 4-6 month, if you do everything right. If you’re luckyt, it’ll come faster, if you’re unlucky- slower…

Pretty similar stats to me platinumplayer. I am a new starter as well. It’s good to get some idea of when you might see the gains from all the efforts.

I’m on track to reach your length goal in 2 months *crosses fingers while knocking on wood* but even if you are a fast gainer be ready for when it slows down. The girth gains are a lot harder to achieve and I’m hoping I have a measurable gain worth taking a picture of.

Personally, I think moving up to 20 minutes in your jelqing routine might be too early. Hold steady for the first month and do some measurements and if you are gaining then don’t change anything. It is pretty hard to condition your penis correctly in 2 weeks especially when it can take that long just to get the proper technique down.

Even though you are saying the right words in your post about knowing this is a marathon, you are showing your impatience by adjusting your routine too quickly. You can’t train for marathon in a month and you can’t overtrain for a marathon or you won’t make it. Over exercising your penis will only result in injury or toughening it up, which will result in slow gains. You have to work on the mental side of this marathon as well.

You’re right, impatience is getting the better of me. I’ll keep my jelqing routine consistent for another 2 weeks then and check my PI to check if it’s time to bring the time up.

I’ve gone through this similar experience with weight lifting for 4 years. Trying to go for the heaviest weights first when my body isn’t ready for them. Progressive load over time worked well. I’m also 6’4 in my mid-20s. I called lanky, so anything of size matters a lot to me. Once I was able to get a solid build, everyone noticed and called me nicknames like “Spartacus” instead, haha. I’ll take that over lanky any day.

Weight lifting for me at that point became something I do for myself, everything else is just a bonus (girls, compliments from friends, etc). I know have an obsession with big. Not oversized like Mr. Olympia bodybuilders, but just that everything about me should be larger than life, my person development focus.

That’s what PE is to me. I do it for myself, and everything else is a bonus. I get impatient with myself too, because seeing results motivates me as a person like anyone else. Not seeing them fast enough just bites.

Sorry about my little rant. Realized until now that’s what it sounds like.

Sorry, that was a cheap joke in German, I hope Rechner will pardon me. But I do anyway share his opinion.

I’d say it like this: expect it to be months for length, girth takes usually roughly the double or triple time for the same inch goal.

All that goes beyond will be in year(s) - not to deceive you, in contrary to set expectations rather low. It’s always good to get the surprise you are anong the fast gainers, but they are rare animals and under protection ;-)

platinumplaya believe me, I relate to you more than you think. I have also been an instant gratification guy and nothing happened fast enough for me or was ever good enough. I’m just glad my dick is so important to me that doing PE has taught me patience. The great part, I’m being rewarded fairly quickly in terms of PE gains.

No reason to pardon you, you weren’t rude at all. In addition I want to share my observations, that girth gains are very specific and for some guys come really slow. The solution is to optimise your routine, so that you focus right on your girth. You can check the thread from bd, he gained hell a lot in length and nearly nothing at all in girth at the beginning, but then he showed, that impossible is nothing ;)

Also, good luck to you Craven. Two months to reach my goals? Incredible.

I’m also lifting heavily right now in the gym, so hopefully I can eliminate some of this fat pad as well and bring my NBPEL closer to my BPEL.
