What’s good guys? Just as the title suggests , I am bringing PE back to life in my world. About 6 months ago I tried PE for a couple of weeks and lost motivation but now I’ve rekindled my flame with hopes of gaining 1 inch. To stay even more focused I decided to post my workouts, and hope for some feedback and advice on my journey to 7 and 1/4 inches npbl.

Now, my stats:
NBPEL 5.9 in
BPEL. 6.5
EG. 5 inches
FL. 3 3/4 inches

And I’m focusing on length, so after searching around found a post from firegoat and it was a length routine made up of mostly stretches and 2 sets of 50 jelqs. Today’s routine went ok, but I need. Timer or something because I think I stretched a little longer than I was supposed to. The jelqs where ok as well but some of my skin interferes with my jelq. I don’t know how to explain it but its like a skin tug from the bottom of my ducks skin. That’s pretty much it, and I wish the best to all of you on your journeys.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

The basic routine is sound but you should increase the number of jelqs.

Starting/Current Stats (BPEL*MSEG*BPFL) - December 2011: 6.4*5*4.2

Final Target: 9.6*7.6*7.2

Finished my routine once again. Tomorrow is my of day and I’m getting a better feel when I stretch and jelq. How much jelqs should I do? I’m going to post a link to a post from firegoat about this routine. I measured my stats again today just to make sure they where right and my girth with a good EQ is 5.4-5.6. I measured with a thin charger cable about 3 times just to make sure.

The point of the routine is that it was written for someone who wanted length gains, but did not want much more girth. The jelqs are included for a different purpose than girth gain etc.. You will understand if you read it.

Wow, I have no idea how that is supposed to feel. I just read about toughening , so I don’t want to exert to much force in my stretches.

That’s why I explain in that linked post how to get the most out of your stretches without using more force than you need to; to avoid toughening. A ‘dead stop’ feels like trying to stretch a piece of string, instead of a rubber band.
