1.my problem with stretching is not the penis but my hand I haven’t enough power to stretch 10 min. after 7 or 8 min I feel a pain in the thumb
and index finger. if I stop and rest I think the time I stretch isn’t alway equal.

2.my problem with jelqing is I’m not circumsized and must ‘divide’ my penis from the balls. and here the problem is that I feel a pain at the knot of the sling. and I haven’t found something that I don’t must tied and so all things to divide my dick from balls have knot which make me feel pain.
Have someone a idea? The foreskin to hold back is for me not possible and
in my town is no sex-shop where I can buy the right tool.

3.To get a longer scrotum/balls I stretch with my hands my sac for 2 min.
If I now measure the distance between me and my stretched balls, I have
5.5 inches
Do 2 min a everday change something?

1. Taking a short break during stretching won’t make much difference in my opinion. Also, as you progress in your exercises your hand will probably get stronger.

2. Why do you think you must “divide” your penis from your testicles while jelqing? Are you using some string or piece of clothing? You don’t need to hold your foreskin back while jelqing. Have you read this thread about dry jelqing? Uncircumcised guys usually have enough loose skin to try it.

3. I found that a few minutes of stretching the scrotum did indeed help things hang lower. I usually did about five minutes. I didn’t pull on the testicles, only the scrotum.

A great and fun way to build grip strength, forearm strength, biceps and even a little chest work is with a Powerball. I bought one almost a year ago for disc golfing, but it works in many aspects and can definitely help in your situation since it helped with my mild carpal tunnel that was starting to happen a year ago. I can’t dry jelqing because the friction is to high and i stretch more the skin
than the penis itself. And if I not divide my penis form the balls I Have not the right grip and do stretch the skin too.

I think to get longer testes that they must also be stretched. I think that you can stretch the skin but the balls have spermatic cords which also must be stretched that the balls can hang lower. Or I’m wrong? I’m not a doctor.

Are you stretching for 8 minutes straight? I don’t think anybody could do that. stretch for 30-60, seconds release and repeat a certain number of reps. You can break this up during the entire day.

Eventually you will get Popeye arms like the rest of us. But in the meantime, are you using any grip aid? Like some talcum powder, tissue paper, some rubber gloves, or a golf glove? I can stretch much longer before my hand gets tired if I am using something like one of those things. Rubber dish-washing gloves work the best for me, but I tried them all and every one of them worked better than just my bare hand.

There should not be any skin friction when you dry jelk, at no stage does your fingers slide over your skin.

How I do it is, pull my foreskin back over the head and hold the skin back towards my body at the base with my left hand..right handed.. (not really tight so your pulling at the place where it attaches underneath the head.. sorry dont know the name)

Using my right hand I make an OK grip .. thumb down palm out. I then Kegel,close the OK grip and push the blood towards the head of my penis taking approx 3-4 seconds *my grip does not allow any skin to move beneath it* and so there is no friction.

You then slightly loosen your grip and move your hand back (taking the skin with it again) then tighten push loosen return etc.

Make any sense?

thanks for your answers but I think dry jelqs are for me impossible.
I tried it like brag wrote it. I hold my skin at the base back but one jelq is
to painful for me. I can’t understand how you could do that as your regular programm. The best for me is wet jelqing but I must untie my balls so that
I don’t strecht my skin only with untied balls I have the right grip. But I must found something that is not so painful.

I stretch 15 min. 3 times 5 min without a rest.

Sorry dany I think you misinterpreted a little bit of it give my version a shot again but dont continue to hold the base … allow the skin to move back and forward (and your balls behind the hand).

Actually its not my version I think the description is around somewhere .. possibly further on in the same thread linked already ?

@brag I tried it again it’s for me unusally I can’t push enough blood to the head and I think it could make my foreskin longer. And one of my pe-reasons was to make the penis longer but the skin should stay like it’s now.

and one question: Is there a special thing that I can do to straighten my penis. It has a banana-shape. Some say this is good for the women but my
‘Penis-ideal” is a total straight penis like a pencil and thick like a banana
and not the other way round:-)
