Does smoking weed daily thwart your chances of PE, and heighten your chances of injury?

I would think the number one stumbling block to overcome when toking daily while disciplining yourself to a PE regiment would be the mental demotivating symptoms many cannabis users experience.

There are also inherent issues that inducing smoke of any sort causes. I’m not throwing any shade, I smoke cigarettes though not a lot.

Smoking weed will not directly effect PE gains just like it wouldn’t effect gym gains. THC and CBDs have never been proven or even suggested to have any adverse effect on muscle tissue or cell repair.

Now if you toke up and get too lazy to PE well then OBVIOUSLY you won’t get gains. But that’s not a direct cause of smoking; it’s secondary.
