Hey guys, I need a little help with some motivation for PE. I try to keep myself motivated, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’ll start off jelqing but then my penis just goes to 100% erect. Then it just turns in to a masturbation session instead of a PE session. What it really comes down to is I’d rather get the pleasure of masturbation than just tugging on my penis and getting nothing out of it. Anyone else have this problem? I’ve kind of accepted the fact that I’m stuck with a small penis, but according to this site I’m not stuck with my small size. I saw a little bit of growth when I started to PE, but even when I made my routine longer and more intense I haven’t seen any more growth. I just don’t know what to do to keep myself pumped up to grow. I’m a very impatient person so if I don’t see results then I just give (up and play with myself). Please if anyone knows good ways to keep myself in the PE mood, let me know. I know I can’t be the only guy having this problem.

Routine:
5 mins warming
15 stretching (if I can resist the urge to masturbate)
5 warming
15 jelqing (if I can resist the urge to masturbate)

And sometimes I’ll repeat the routine if I don’t see any negative PI’s

Hey I’m the same especially as my dick looks and feels so much better after a jelq session. It’s just screaming to be jerked off and hard to resist.

Nonetheless, regarding your situation. You say you done more intense stuff. Well many are finding less is more so maybe if you only do 50 jelqs at 50-75% erection per session it will be good to get gains but short enough to not get you too horny. Could do every other day and days in between masturbate. Just a sugesstion.

I’ll give it a try, anything is worth a shot.

Your problem it’s that when your dick contacs with your hand, you have to masturbate?

Do you see anything when you are doing PE?

You can do Pe seeing two videos, one with a XXX content and the other with flowers, birds and trees and when your erection up to 80%, starts to see birds and flowers and the erection will be down.

It’s only a suggestion.

I don’t know if it helps, but I will share my experience with PE through the years.

At first I was the same… feeling like I needed to jerk off whenever I jelqued. Later, it was easier and I could jelq/stretch without that need.

Even later, I was able to jelq without looking/thinking of porn/sex - just watching a movie was good for PE (my penis remained in the erection percentage needed to be jelqued)

Now I can even jerk off without feeling like I need to ejaculate.

All these war not aimed for. They just came in time.

So, maybe it could be the same for everyone.

I’m going to attempt to answer my own question here. I kind of have the same problem right now. Motivation isn’t there and I’d rather jerk off and blow a good load while imagining some porn stars lips and face covered with clearish white semen.

I feel you on this one. I’m kinda like whatever and haven’t had the patience lately. LATELY tho. Let me tell you dugieman, PE is the real! I was consistent in the past and saw maybe an inch of gain. The past 2 years or 3 years tho I’ve taken off because of all this other stuff and just forgetting about it and being content with what I have.

What you COULD do, what I just thought now. Even if you DO jerk off and you blow your load.. Try not to shoot all of it. Can you do that? And after. Look at how different your penis looks because it’s just been pumped up! Right? You could start you PE right then and there. But remember to still do a warm up session even for at least 3-5 mins. Because even tho you jerked off and it’s thick now.that warm water and cloth will be good for even more circulation and getting ready for the PE.

So yea, start to PE and if it leads to jerkin off, go ahead !! (For now, but later you’ll want cut down on that. Maybe you’ll even build up to holding out longer within a couple weeks or so.) the motivation isn’t there because you’re blasting it off during your jerk sessions. Try not to shoot everything and keep some of that for your PE.

Well, dugieman, you know what your issue is? Discipline. Discipline and patience.

I don’t think there is one guy in this forum, or in general, who doesn’t like playing with his dick. Hey, it’s pleasurable, it’s fun, what’s there not to like?

But if you want gains, you need to control yourself. Now, it is not a question whether masturbation hinders gains or not. Different people have different theories and experience. But what I do know is that if you start your workout and after a third of it you just wack off, it will get you zero gains.

Another thing - you say you are impatient. We all are to a degree. But patience is a #1 PE requirement. PE is not a race, it is a marathon. Gains won’t come in 2 sessions, you have to be persistent.

So, my advice: try to make PE pleasurable and fun. Do it while watching a normal movie so you don’t encourage so much thoughts of sex. Discipline yourself - do your routine and then finish off by ejaculating, but only after you do your routine.
Also, you might want to look into edging. It is an exercise where you try to delay ejaculating for as long as you can. You see, what I think you need is new thought patterns. Your dick is used to the fact that if you touch it, it will cum. So train yourself!

I’vel tried jelqing before I ever found this board and had the same result. Since starting jelqing again, I will sit and watch tv and also I kegal during jelqing. I found this distracts me from the thought of masturbation and allows me to continue with my exercises. I find that when I start to get aroused that the kegals work in controlling the my erection. Also I can get my kegals in.
