This is a topic that interest me because I never been able to stick with a routine consistently perhaps because I always tend to put other things up front than PE.
Sometimes this includes party, and I exchange the time that I`d be doing PE for Sleep.

In this thread, I would like to ask you how is your daily life (work/school) and the time that you dedicate to PE, e.g. “I wake up 1 hour in advance than I would do normally, sleeping less and so on”.

I am very curious and I know that by getting to know a bit of how you organize your time it will DEFInITELY give me motivation to stick it up and JUST DO IT.

Something I do that I think is clever: I hang while I read. These are two things I can easily make excuses for skipping, but putting them together makes it impossible to resist so I get my share of knowledge and penis enlargement daily.


Recognize.

This is about priorities in your life. Those who are most dedicated to PE will find the time to do it.

I think I have a life and PE is just a small part of it, not a main priority. That makes me inconsistent too. On the other hand, most people aren’t so overwhelmed by daily tasks to leave with no available time. I use to make time for PE as follows:

- trying to have 30 minutes of private time per day (3 - 4 times per week) for routine

- using toilet breaks at the office for stretches


Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Having a 7.5”x5.75” is the biggest motivation for me. I simply set my mind to “you have to do PE” mode and manage to spare 1 hour a day to do it, simple as that. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes before going to bed, it all depends and there are no rules. It has to become a routine and you have to do it without thinking about it (just like hitting the gym 3-4 times a week or eating 6 times a day).

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

Mornings make sense for many when it comes to establishing a routine. Less things are likely to get in the way and prevent you from doing PE. You also have the added benefit of being able to use the device of your choice to stay extended or partially engorged all day after morning PE.


Current (Sept 15, 2011) BPEL - 7.6 MSEG - 5.8

Goal 8 x 6 (preferably NBPEL)

Soon I will be back to an 80 hour work week. Hope I can manage. I’m thinking of clamping a few sets in the bathroom during the work day.

I was never too good at sticking with a routine, 3 months seems to be the best I can manage. Knowing this, I bought an extender, mainly to act as “insurance”: If I’ve worn the extender for at least 3 hours, then if I really need to go to sleep, I’ll skip the routine (not the best, but it has been happening less since I’ve been using the extender) knowing that I’ve done some PE that day.

I also find that the extender means I have to find something relatively sedate to occupy my time, so as I’m trying to get some qualifications, I study while wearing the extender. Like matutinal_euphony said, both are things that I can easily find an excuse to avoid, but combining them really works well.

PE is just another part of my life. I organize it the same way I organize everything in my life. I always set a certain time aside to make sure that I am able to do my PE routine, just like I set time aside for friends, hobbies, gym, etc. Its all about being good at managing your time. There was even a point in my life (back during my last year in college) that I would write all of my plans down and the amount of time that I would allocate to each thing. There were plenty of times when I felt that was a really boring and methodical way to live but it greatly helped me to remain focused on my tasks and helped my overall organization in more ways than one.

Hang a calendar in your room where it is easily visible.

Put a check on each day you do PE. If you see a lot of empty boxes you know you need to step up your game.

I keep a log in a word notepad on the PC. Each day write in what you’ve done. Ideally at the start of month you should write your routine for the month down and then stick to it.

I have tried once, but I get focused on my unit and can`t to to much of other things consistently, just surfing on Thunders heheh

Wow, this is a really good motivating Idea.
I am travelling to LA next week to get some summer time (in Brazil is cold now) and I will try to get a Playboy Calendar. It will motivate me as hell hehehe

I started doing this but I never stick it up with it, but it`s a long term approach. This way you can define what works and what doesn`t.

I am fortunate to have an odd work schedule. I work Tuesday threw Friday 9:30am-6:00pm & I work Saturday 5:00am-1:30pm. This allows me plenty of time for PE Tuesday-Friday as my roommate leaves for work early 6:00am I don’t leave for work till 9:00am so I have the house to myself for 3 hours. I do 3x20 minute hanging sets and jelq in peace in the mornings at the computer, I am hanging as I type this. At work I am the last one there everyone else starts at 7:00am and goes home at 4:00pm I take my last break alone and hang at the desk for 2x20 minute sets then jelq.

On Saturday I am the only one who works so I go in 5:00am then take a break around 7:00am hang 2x20 minute sets then jelq. At home on Saturday afternoons I am usually alone if not I close the door act like I am sleeping due to waking so early for work then hang again with jelq after. The night routine is the easiest I just jelq and then pump for one 20 minute set before bed at 3.5hg.

I think I am just a hard gainer because gains have slowed dramatically I am happy that I have the time to work on it though very happy.

All I need is the thought of girls reactions when they see my penis for the first time, that motivates me every day to PE.

All throughout the day whenever I have spare time I will do some intense stretches and a few jelqs, on top of my daily routine.

Go hard or go home.

Well not too hard no one wants a broken penis.

I try to fit it at least 1 session a day where I it meets these conditions:

- I can have a good 40 minutes in the bathroom by myself
- I can effectively hustle my pump, hanger, or KY warming Lube into the bathroom without any suspicion

Once I am off to college, with my own apt. I can PE with the windows open. Just hopefully my parents don’t come for a visit unexpectingly and see my shit laid out in the open.
