I was wondering what kind of diet or foods that helps in improving EQ and also aids the penis’ growth and recovery.

In the first link, it says avoid gingko, why is this? I take gingko every day.

I don’t know the exact reason it says that, but for me I avoid it because it isn’t good for people who have high blood pressure.
